TERMS OF PROPOSED EXTENSION TO KOWLOON MARINE

(i)

Premium at the rate of 40 cents per square foot to be

paid into the Colonial Treasury on demand.

(ii) Crown rent, at the rate of 8500 per acre per anmm,

to commence from the date of a letter signed by the Director of

Public Works stating that the area is at the disposal of the

Company.

(iii) The points B and D, referred to in previous correspond -ence with regard to Kowloon Marine Lot 93, to be altered to

the positions shown on the enclosed plan.

(iv) The area coloured red on the enclosed plan to be merg-

-ed in Kowloon Marine Lot 93 and to be subject to the terms

specified in the case of the said lot so far as they apply, except where they are amended or altered by the foregoing

clauses (i)-(iii).
